The prices shown are per person per night.
- All are based on two people occupying a double or twin bedroom.
- As we only have 3 rooms we have to charge the full room rate for Single Occupancy.
- Full English breakfast is provided for each paying guest.
- Arrivals are best arranged anytime after miday, so if you have a rough guide to arrival time that will ensure that we are in to greet you.

Sorry but we can't accommodate children under 10 years old or animals.
We don't have a family room and so can only accept children if they are able to occupy a room on their own. We don't allow children to sleep in the parent's bed.
At weekends we only accept bookings for 2 nights, either Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun. Sometimes we have an odd night between longer bookings. They are usually at late notice, so try calling the day before.
