Bowness on Windermere Rooms at Stockghyll Cottage
Room one
Room 1 is slightly smaller than the others and doesn't have a view of the lake, although it does look out to the woods and waterfall. Furnished in a bright modern style it is very cosy and often requested for that reason. The ensuite with this room includes shower, toilet, wash basin and heated towel rail.
Room two
Room 2 is our superior kingsize room with a modern wash-basin in the bedroom on an antique marble washstand which is a lovely feature of this room.The ensuite includes toilet and shower.
There are two windows, iPod dock, free Wifi and according to guests, the comfiest bed in the world.
Room three
Room 3 for 2012 has been fully refurbished, making it a lovely double room decorated in warm tones with pine funiture.It's ensuite has toilet, wash-basin with illuminated mirror over and shower
Room two and Room three both have a view over the field to the lake.
In the rooms you will find flat screen TVs, clock radio, hair dryer, tissues, and tea/coffee facilities. All our rooms have en-suites with showers. We supply fresh towels and toiletries. If you are unlucky enough to experience wet weather we can dry your coats and boots in our cloakroom.
