Stockghyll Cottage, Rooms
Room 1
Room 1 is slightly smaller than the others and doesn't have a view of the lake, although it does look out to the woods and waterfall. Furnished in a bright modern style it is very cosy and often requested for that reason. The ensuite is modern with parquet flooring and is fully tiled.
Room 2
Room 2 is our largest room with an ensuite comprising of a WC and shower. The modern wash-basin is in the bedroom on an antique marble washstand.
There are two windows, two chairs, and according to guests, the comfiest bed in the World.
Room 3
Room 3 is a twin-bedded room, ideal for 2 friends or relatives. Because of this we have put the wash-basin in the en-suite with the WC and shower to ensure privacy. A lovely warm-toned room with pine furniture. We can join the beds together and make them up as a King-size double which is very popular.
Room 2 and Room 3 both have a view over the field to the lake.
In the rooms you will find TV, clock radio, hair dryer, tissues, and tea/coffee facilities. All our rooms have en-suites with showers. We supply fresh towels, liquid soap and shower cream. If you are unlucky enough to experience wet weather we can dry your coats and boots in our cloakroom.
